QBL Pay in 3

1. What QBL Pay in 3 is

QBL Pay in 3 lets you spread the cost of any quad bike we have for sale into three equal, interest-free instalments. It is available on all listings on this website. If you select delivery, the delivery cost is included and split across the three instalments too. You pay the first instalment today and the remaining two instalments every 30 days.

2. This is not a credit product

QBL Pay in 3 is not a credit product. Quad Bikes Ltd is not a lender, no loan or regulated credit agreement is created, no interest or fees are charged, and no credit check is carried out. You are simply paying the purchase price of the vehicle in three instalments rather than one.

3. Payment schedule

• Instalment 1 is paid when you check out and forms the agreement between you and Quad Bikes Ltd (see section 6).
• Instalment 2 is due 30 days after your initial payment.
• Instalment 3 is due 30 days after instalment 2 (60 days after your initial payment).

When instalments 2 and 3 fall due, we will send you a secure payment link by email and text message. Instalment 3 may differ by a few pence from the others to absorb any rounding. Your vehicle is only reserved for you once your first instalment is paid.

4. Delivery and collection

The quad can be collected, or will be delivered if you selected delivery, only after the third and final payment is received. Until the final payment is made, the vehicle remains the property of Quad Bikes Ltd and will not be released, delivered or made available for collection.

5. Defaulted payments and refunds

It is your responsibility to pay instalments 2 and 3 when they fall due. No refunds will be given if payments are defaulted. If you miss a payment, we will contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding balance, but any instalments already paid are non-refundable.

6. Formation of the agreement

Your initial payment forms this agreement between you (the customer) and Quad Bikes Ltd (trading as Quads for Sale), Company No. 16962832, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. By making the initial payment you accept these terms in full, together with our Terms & Conditions and Sales, Returns & Liability Policy.
