Quad Bikes Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1.1 Quad Bikes Ltd operates as a specialist dealer in used off-road and on-road motorcycles and quads.

1.2 These Terms apply to all sales, including in-person, telephone, online, and social media-based transactions.

2.1 All used motorcycles and quads—whether off-road or on-road—are sold without warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2.2 The buyer accepts full responsibility for inspecting the condition of the used vehicle prior to purchase.

2.3 No guarantee is given or implied regarding the mechanical condition, safety, or roadworthiness of used vehicles after purchase.

3.1 Any deposit paid to secure a vehicle (including motorcycles and quads) is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the customer.

3.2 Deposits represent a commitment to purchase and the removal of the vehicle from sale to other potential buyers.

4.1 Any fees paid to Quad Bikes Ltd for the delivery of a vehicle are treated as a separate, non-refundable service charge.

4.2 If a customer changes their mind upon delivery and chooses not to accept the vehicle, the delivery charge remains non-refundable.

4.3 Additional delivery attempts or return collections may incur further charges.

5.1 While we strive to ensure all descriptions and images of vehicles are accurate, they do not form part of any contract.

5.2 Customers are encouraged to view and inspect vehicles in person prior to purchase.

5.3 Quad Bikes Ltd are not liable for any misinterpretation of condition or specification arising from online listings or verbal communication.

6.1 Full payment must be made prior to the release or delivery of any vehicle.

6.2 We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, or other methods agreed in advance.

7.1 Title to the goods passes to the customer only upon full receipt of cleared payment.

7.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

8.1 Quad Bikes Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to, loss of earnings or use of the vehicle.

8.2 Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a vehicle shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
